　　 歌曲Lord I Guess I'll来自Verve乐队专辑Urban Hymns, 像专辑的标题一样, 一首像诗一样的音乐作品,同 样整张专辑的感觉很一致. 这是1997出版的最后一张The Verve乐队的专辑, 同样也是乐队在长时间的磨合之后, 所出版的音乐最为成熟的一张专辑.  无疑《Urban Hymns》这张专辑在很大意义上都可以说是代表了在音乐创作最成熟时期的verve. 而在这张专辑中, 最能打动人心的也就是这首Lord I Guess I'll Never Know, 歌曲唱出Life is sweet but when my bones get cold Will you be there for me to hold?这样的歌词, 当出现在Verve的主唱Richard Ashcroft的口中的时候, 一些似乎都在静止的状态下升华着这位来自我们精神之外的灵魂.</P>
