迷幻低调女声--Azure Ray

<>　　Moby在新专辑《18》里不断蔓延的抑郁症大概与这两个来自美国佐治亚州的女孩有关，以提琴和柔和女声贯串始终的一首超现实主义民谣“The Great Escape”宣告了Azure Ray在主流舞台上的首次亮相。这只2001年才出现的两人组合有着Red House Painters一般的凄清孤寂，如同Low一样的低调和缓慢，像Mazzy Star那样漠然但却更媚惑的唱腔。然而在对于忧伤情调的沉溺之中，你偶尔也会发现Azure Ray身体里潜伏的双面幽灵：一点点喇叭，贝司和弦乐以及英式流行曲的旋律，让吉他噪音缺席的“How You Remember”也流淌出Slowdive的迷幻意境。
